Portland Cooking Schools

Portlanders love fine dining, food carts, farmers markets and all things artisan. We garden, raise chickens and make beers or wines. And we love to tell other–okay, brag!–about what we’ve learned. At three Portland cooking schools, I learned how to butcher a pig, make Vietnamese bahn mi, prepare a full Thai meal, and make fresh sausage! Take a cooking class and expand your repertoire!
