But if you’re a meat lover, this annual food festival, organized by Nicky USA, the Northwest’s leading butcher and distributor of game birds, and other game meat is for you. Nicky USA brings together restaurant chefs, meat suppliers, and many other food product suppliers for a day that showcases the best of the best, and culminates in a competition for the best dishes. I played the “Wild About Game” game card and ate (count ’em!) 15 types of protein on this day. Delicious!
