There’s a bit of a wait at the Alder Wood Bistro, in Sequim, Washington, even on a weekday evening, and I can see why. It’s a perfect sunny evening, and the outdoor courtyard is open for al fresco dining. This is a marvelous spot in the Olympic Peninsula. Husband and wife team Gabriel and Jessica Schuenemann use the freshest local ingredients, in the flavorful, fresh Northwest food they serve.
